Steve "Pop" Kopp

Steve "Pop" Kopp graduated from the Harrisburg Barber School in 1972. And has enjoyed his 53 years of serving the public in his barbering career.

Over his 50 years Steve has owned five Barber Shops and one Beauty Salon. Entrepreneurship has always been deeply rooted in Steve's heart in business.

Steve Kopp is married to Kimberly Ann Kopp. They have two children Angela Micheal and Scott Kopp & four wonderful grandchildren.

Steve was appointed by former Governor Tom Ridge to serve State board of Barber Examiner, and served for seven years. Steve also served as Vice President of Red Lion Boro Council and Mayor of Red lion for 8 years. Steve has made a lifetime commitment to serving others.

Ernie

Ernie has been here in Lancaster since 2010 and a licensed barber since 2017. He specializes in modern cuts and straight razor shaves as well as old school barbering. Ernie is warm , welcoming, and great with kids.

Steve Mollica

Steve grew up on Lancaster County and was a customer of Glatfelter's Barber Shop for years. He fell in love with barbering, and attended Barbering Styling Institute in Camp Hill, PA.

Years later to further his career, he got his Barber Manager's and Barber Teacher & Cosmetology license. In 2012 Steve started teaching at American Beauty Academy and Champs Barber School.

Steve says he missed the customers at the barber shop, so quit teaching and stayed full time in the barber shop. He's been a barber for 17 years.

Steve has two kids, Carina and Brandon. He enjoys going to the gym and watching football.

Scott Kopp

Scott graduated from Barber Styling Institute in 2008. He would take up his career as a Barber in his Fathers Shop Steven’s Hair Designs in Shrewsbury PA. Where he would work for a little over a year until 2009 when he was called into Glatfelter’s Barbershop after the sudden passing of Donald Bushong, a 56 year Barber veteran and best friend to Richard Glatfelter. Scott was made a partner in his Fathers business in 2010. He enjoys all aspects of owning the Barber Shop. From working with all different hair styles, to seeing new and the same faces walk through our door.

Scott also enjoys working at Burg Funeral Home in Red Lion and is currently the Vice President of Alliance Fire and Rescue Services Station 77 in Red Lion and Felton PA. And is a drummer for Pleasant View Church in Red Lion and is a member of their safety team.

In addition to his Barbering career, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife Kelli and their two boys Austin and Mason. Scott always looks forward to the family annual Ocean City Maryland vacation. And just watching his sons grow and learn every day!
